Registration Information


What does my registration include?

Your registration includes: conference materials (totes, ID Badge, etc.), all concurrent sessions, general keynote sessions, Exhibit Hall admittance, and refreshment breaks. it does NOT include workshops that require an additional fee.

Can I bring my spouse/guest to the conference?

There are no spouse/guest passes available for the conference. Spouses and guests can purchase an Exhibit Only pass to gain access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours.

Can I bring my child to a session?

Due to professional courtesy and liability issues, children under 18 are not allowed to attend Edtech. Permission for student presenters/co-presenters must be requested and approved prior to the conference.

How do I register to be a session host?

If you are interested in acting as a session host during the conference, email the volunteer coordinator for more information.

How do I know if I am registered for workshops?

Workshops do not require separate registration this year. All sessions are available first come, first serve during the conference.

How do I add, delete, or change a workshop on my registration?

Workshops do not require separate registration this year. To change a conference registration option, please contact us.

Where is the Convention Center?

The Myrtle Beach Convention Center is located at 2101 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC. For convention center location information, please visit the Myrtle Beach Convention Center website. Parking is available in the Convention Center parking lot.

Where should I go when I arrive at the conference?

Conference registration will be located in the Hall of Fame area of the convention center.

Business/casual attire and walking shoes are highly recommended.
