*Participants who register for the full conference rate receive complementary 2024 KySTE Educator membership (businesses are excluded from offer). Companies that would like to participate at KySTE Spring Conference 2024 can check out our Exhibit Hall packages. KySTE Membership can be purchased for $25 by one-day, undergraduate student, and vendor hall only participants.

Conference refund requests must be made in writing prior to February 10, 2024. A $10 administrative fee will be assessed. Membership is not refundable. There are No Refunds issued for weather, illness, or any other interfering event after the cancellation deadline.
*The return of a check issued to KySTE will result in a $20 returned check fee.
