Registration Information
If I have not registered for the conference before pre-registration ends, can I still attend the conference?
Registration will remain open throughout the KySTE conference. On-Site registrations will gladly be accepted, but we cannot guarantee a conference shirt for registration received after February 10, 2024.

Can I receive leadership credits for this conference?
EILA Credits are available for the CIO Summit only. For Thursday and Friday’s conference sessions, attendees need to apply on their own through their district office for credit, up to the limits imposed by their district and the Kentucky Department of Education for conference attendance. Attendance Certificates will be emailed to participants upon completion of the KySTE Spring Conference survey.

Payment Information
>What forms of payment are accepted for conference registration?
KySTE accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Cash payments are also accepted during on-site registration.
To whom do I make my check or money order payable?
Please make checks payable to KySTE. For a completed W-9 form, please contact us.
Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?
Invoices will be emailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order. Attendees who register online and select the check payment option should mail their check with a copy of their online receipt page.
Changes, Substitutions and Cancellations
Can I cancel and request a refund for a registration?
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to February 10, 2024. and will be subject to a $10 administrative fee. Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions may be made in lieu of cancellations.
If I am unable to attend, can someone else take my place?
If someone has registered to attend and then cannot make it, an alternate attendee can be sent in their place. Please contact registration management for assistance.

Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail after I register online?
Name badges and conference materials will be available at the conference registration counter located in the KICC Fourth Street Pre-function lobby during conference registration hours.
