Reserved for Platinum and Gold sponsors only: our Vendor Showcase Sessions (VSS) will feature special presentations by vendors showcasing their products and services related to educational technology and instructional support. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exclusive Vendor Showcase Session times will be available on Wednesday, November 13 and Thursday, November 14. All sessions are one hour in length. Sessions may be repeated, depending on room availability and level of sponsorship.

Please see the Sponsorship Application for more details.  Select either a Gold or Platinum sponsorship level.   You will receive the private link via email to apply online for a VSS after we receive your qualifying sponsorship application.

Time slots are limited, and will be determined by EdTech according to availability and sponsorship levels.

Equipment & Services provided for Vendor Showcase Sessions:
Sessions will be provided with electrical and Internet service, digital projector and screen. All other presentation equipment must be provided by the vendor. All session rooms will be set up classroom style, with water stations for attendees’ use. Room set-up time is limited to the 15-minute break between sessions. Technical assistance will be available on-site. You will receive a confirmation date and time from SC EdTech once your session has been approved.

VSS Submissions must be received prior to Septemeber 1, 2024.
