Dates & Location
The 2024 EdTech Conference will be held November 13-15 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Wednesday and Thursday only. We expect over 1,000 educators in attendance, including representative from most South Carolina school districts and beyond. EdTech provides an excellent opportunity for vendors to meet administrators and educators from South Carolina schools to share the latest advances in educational technology.
Booth Package
Booth fees are $1000 for in-line booths and $1100 for corner booths. All 10’x10′ booth package include one skirted 8′ table, two chairs, booth and aisle carpeting, wireless internet, back and side drapes, one waste basket, and one company ID sign. Electric is not included (see ordering information below.) Exhibitors will also receive dedicated time with attendees, and six complimentary name badges for your booth personnel. Conference Sponsors will receive additional recognition and benefits. Please see the Sponsorship page for more information.

Exhibitor Badges
You may ORDER EXHIBITOR STAFF BADGES online. Please note that exhibitor badges do not gain access for you to sessions. They are only good for accessing the exhibit hall. If you wish to register for conference sessions you may do so separately.
Official Show Decorator
AGS will serve as the official show decorator for KySTE. You will receive a link to order services and additional furnishings from them approximately 60 days before the conference. Please be on the lookout for this important email! If you do not receive an email from AGS please contact them at Eventservices@ags-expo.com 407-292-0025.
Hotels & Travel Information
Hotel and travel information will soon be available at: http://edtech.scaet.org. The host hotel is the Sheraton Myrtle Beach, attached to the Convention Center. Reservation information will be available soon. There are also numerous other hotels available nearby.
Electrical, Internet, and Audio Visual Services
Electrical service is not provided with the booth package. You may order electrical service from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. They are also the provider of audio visual rentals, and hard-wired, high speed internet service (wireless service is provided at no charge, however this should not be depended on for high bandwidth applications.)
