Registration Information


If I have not registered for the conference before pre-registration ends, can I still attend the conference?

After the pre-registration deadline , you can register during the conference by coming to the on-site registration counters located on the second floor of the Galt House Suite Tower.

Can I attend only one day of the conference?

Yes, we offer a one-day-only registration option for Friday or Saturday.

Can I bring my spouse/guest to the conference?

There are no spouse/guest passes available for the conference.

Can I bring my child to a session?

As a professional courtesy, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children.

What does my registration include?

Your registration includes all keynote sessions, conference sessions, exhibit hall admittance, all conference materials, and optional meal functions (additional fees and pre-registration required).

How do I know if I am registered for a meal function?

If you registered online, your registration receipt will indicate luncheons that were added to your record during registration. If you register by fax or mail, you will receive an emailed confirmation once your registration has been processed.

Payment Information


What forms of payment are accepted for conference registration?

KRA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. Cash payments are also accepted during on-site registration.

To whom do I make my check or money order payable?

Please make checks payable to KRA. For a completed W-9 form, please email registration(AT)tmcshows.(com).

Will I receive an invoice for my conference registration?

Invoices will be emailed to all billing organizations specified by attendees who register with a purchase order. Attendees who register online and select the check payment option should mail their check with a copy of their online receipt page.

Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellation Information


How do I cancel and request a refund for a registration?

Written requests for refunds must be received no later than October 1, 2018. A processing fee of $15.00 will be charged for materials and handling. Membership and meal ticket fees are non-refundable. Refund requests received after October 1, 2018 will not be honored. No refunds will be given because of inclement weather.

If I have to cancel my registration, can someone else attend in my place?

Yes, you may substitute a registration. Please contact registration management to make a substitution.

Will I receive additional information about the conference by mail if I register online?

No. Name badges will be distributed at the Galt House during registration.

Where should I go when I arrive at the conference?
