2017 KRA Conference Rates

2017 Fees are for planning purposes only. 2018 Fees will be available Spring 2018.

Full Conference Early Registration 

$140 – Member
$165 – Non-Member
$  40  – Full-Time Student (Student ID card required at check-in.)

Onsite Registration

$155 – Member
$180 – Non-Member
$  45 – Full-Time Student (Student ID card required at check-in.)

One Day Registration

$100 – Friday or Saturday

$25 – Membership (1 year)
$40 – Membership (Join for 2 years and save $10)
$60 – Membership (Join for 3 years and save $15)
$10 – Membership (Full-time, undergraduate student)

Meal Functions

  • $20 – Authors’ and Illustrator’s Reception on Friday, October 27
  • KRA Members’ Social Reception with Music on Friday, October 27. Free with registration
  • $15 – Authors’ Breakfast on Saturday, October 28.  Seating is limited to 100
  • $35 – Author’s Luncheon  (for KRA Members) on Saturday, October 28.
  • $45 – Author’s Luncheon (for Non-members) on Saturday, October 28.

Payment Information

We accept Purchase Orders, Checks, Money Orders, MasterCard and Visa. Purchase Orders should be payable to KRA. All payments for purchase order submissions are due no later than 60 days from the registration date. Credit card payments will show a charge from Total Meeting Concepts, LLC

Conference refund requests must be made in writing prior to October 1, 2017. A $15 administrative fee will be assessed. Membership fees and meals are not refundable.
