Your full or 1-day registration includes:

· Conference materials (totes, ID Badge, etc.)

· All concurrent sessions

· General keynote sessions

· Exhibit Hall Admittance

· Coffee breaks

· Opening Reception  

· Thursday Boxed Lunch (limited seating, pre-registration required)  

· Awards Luncheon (limited seating, pre-registration required)

* Note: Does not include Pre-conference Workshops with designated fees

** Exhibit Hall Only Pass allows attendees access to the exhibit hall only. Other items above are not included.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration is considered complete upon submission of registration form. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be emailed, faxed, or mailed by October 20, 2008 and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure that mailed requests have reached our office. Refund requests received after this date will not be honored. Substitutions maybe be made in lieu of cancellation.
