Registration Scholarship Donor @ $500 - Help attendees make it to EdTech this year by becoming a Scholarship Donor! Includes a special listing in the conference program and one (1) conference T-shirt. This additional donor opportunity can be in addition to any other level of above sponsorships and considered separate.

Advertisement Specifications will be sent to you upon receipt of your sponsorship application. Ads and logos must be received by 8/15/12 in order to appear in the Conference Program - failure to meet the deadline will forfeit this added exposure.

Payment:
Once you click on the Submit button below, you will receive an invoice for your sponsorship fees. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

VENDOR SHOWCASE SESSIONS (VSS)**
If you apply for a Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus sponsorship, you qualify for at least one of our Vendor Showcase Sessions (VSS), which feature special presentations by vendors showcasing their products and services related to educational technology and instructional support. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will be sent a link to the VSS application form (we MUST receive your VSS application in order to have your session approved!). Exclusive Vendor Showcase Session times will be available on Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th. All sessions are one hour in length. Sessions may be repeated, depending on room availability and level of sponsorship.

EQUIPMENT & SERVICES PROVIDED FOR VENDOR SHOWCASE SESSIONS
Sessions will be provided with electrical and Internet service, digital projector and screen. All other presentation equipment must be provided by the vendor. All session rooms will be set up classroom style, with water stations for attendees’ use.
Room set-up time is limited to the 15-minute break between sessions. Technical assistance will be available on-site. You will receive a confirmation date and time from SC EdTech once your session has been approved.

Thank you for your support of our conference by agreeing to sponsor a special event. You will receive an invoice for your sponsorship amount.
