The 2011 conference hosted nearly 800 K-12 and higher education teachers, administrators, technology and media specialists, business leaders, legislators and Department of Education personnel, and featured an exhibit hall with close to 200 booths. The exhibit hall is a valuable part of the conference and ample time will be built into the conference schedule for attendees to visit the exhibits. EdTech is sponsored by the South Carolina Association for Educational Technology (SCAET), a 501c3 non-profit organization. Booth fees are $675 for in-line booths, and $775 for corner booths. Each 10' x 10' booth package includes: one 8' draped table; two chairs; one wastebasket; one-line exhibitor identification sign; 8' back-wall drapes and 3' side-rails; aisle carpeting. Basic wireless internet service and carpeting is also provided with your booth package. The booth package does not include electrical, telephone service, or higher speed (wired) internet access.
