General Conference Information

The South Carolina Association of School Librarians (SCASL) would like to invite you to exhibit at the 2010 SCASL Conference. 

The SCASL conference is sponsored and managed by The South Carolina Association of School Librarians (SCASL).  The mission of SCASL is to advocate professional excellence, facilitate collaboration, and develop leadership to ensure that school library media programs are integral to teaching and learning in every South Carolina school.  Many K-12 South Carolina school library media specialists will be in attendance at the 2010 SCASL conference.  The exhibit hall is always a highly-valued part of the conference.  Ample time has been built into the 2010 conference schedule to allow attendees to visit the exhibit hall and to talk to exhibiting companies about their products and services.  

 This year's conference theme is:  The Future is Here @ Your Library!

Booth fees are $550 for standard 10'x10' in-line booth, and $650 for 10'x10' corner booths.  A limited number of non-profit booths are also available for $450.  Each 10'x10 booth includes one skirted table, two chairs, carpeting, back and side drapes, one waste basket, and one company ID sign.  Exhibitors will also receive dedicated time with attendees, six complimentary name badges for your booth personnel, exhibit hall security, and an exclusive exhibitors lounge with complimentary refreshments.  Conference Sponsors will receive additional recognition and benefits!  See Sponsorship Opportunities for details on how to gain added exposure to nearly 4,000 attendees for your company.  Please use the links at the top of this page to access the Application to Exhibit, updated floor plan, Exhibitor Prospectus, and more.
