General Conference Information

The Kentucky Teaching and Learning Conference attracted over 3,500 attendees, and nearly 250 exhibit booths last year.  Over 200 Kentucky school districts and 1,300 schools were represented.  KTLC provides a unique opportunity for administrators and educators to come and share the most current,  relevant, research-based ideas and strategies around targeted topic areas for an appropriate audience that can be implemented upon their return to districts to positively impact or support student learning using technology as a tool.   The Kentucky Department of Education sponsors this annual conference.

Booth fees are $700 for standard 10'x10' in-line booth, and $800 for 10'x10' corner booths.  Each 10'x10 booth includes one eight foot skirted table, two chairs, booth and aisle carpeting, back and side drapes, one waste basket, and one company ID sign.  Exhibitors will also receive dedicated time with attendees, six complimentary name badges for your booth personnel, exhibit hall security, and an exclusive exhibitors lounge with complimentary refreshments.  Conference Sponsors will receive additional recognition and benefits!  See Sponsorship Opportunities for details on how to gain added exposure to nearly 4,000 attendees for your company.
